The simplest way to reach us is by email: hello@sertyub.pro. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few working days.

Good reasons to write

• A correction: a hotel has changed its name, closed or no longer fits its category.
• A suggestion for a hotel that belongs in one of the four categories.
• A question about how the index is written or maintained.
• A privacy request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot help with

Sertyub is not a booking service. We cannot check availability, hold rooms, change reservations or handle refunds. For any of those, contact the hotel directly through its own official channels.

We also do not accept payment for listings or for changes to a write-up.
